When reporting an audit problem

Include the store domain, audit time, affected finding title, and what the storefront showed. Never send customer data, access tokens, passwords, or API keys.

Billing help

You can upgrade, change paid plans, or downgrade to Free from the app’s Plans page. Shopify displays and processes every paid charge. If a Shopify charge does not match the plan shown in the app, include the charge date and plan name in your message—never send payment credentials.

Privacy and security

Use the same email address for privacy requests or responsible security reports. Put “Privacy request” or “Security report” in the subject so we can route it promptly.
